Advertising Sales Manager – FMCG, Consumer Internet & Gaming

About the role

We are hiring an Advertising Sales Manager for the FMCG, Consumer Internet and Gaming verticals within Paytm Ads. The role will own end‑to‑end ad revenue, lead strategic conversations with senior clients and build a strong pipeline of media briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions and adapt recommendations to suit client needs.
• Own key business metrics such as ads revenue and lead strategic conversations with CXOs, media heads and brand managers.
• Build and present customized pitches and proposals aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with campaign delivery and optimization teams to monitor and deliver expected results.
• Lead cross‑team initiatives to create innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers.
• Provide feedback to the product team to improve advertising performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales or related business verticals.
• Proven experience managing programs, categories or business verticals.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to deep‑dive into problems.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous settings, balancing tight deadlines and project schedules.
