Admission Counsellor - Work From Home

About the role

We are seeking an Admission Counsellor to provide personalized academic and career guidance to prospective students. The role blends counseling, sales, and administrative duties to help candidates understand program offerings, eligibility, fees, and scholarship options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one academic and career counseling, answering queries on courses, admissions, fees, and scholarships.
• Educate prospects about program features, teaching methodology, and career outcomes.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiries.
• Convert leads into enrollments while consistently meeting monthly targets.
• Process applications, maintain clear communication with parents, and follow up on enrollment confirmations.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve overall enrollment goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor programs, and emerging career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate counseling records in the CRM and expand the prospective student database.

Required profile

• Any UG/PG degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of overall experience; 2‑4 years in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Understanding of education systems, programs, and career pathways (training provided).
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to work six days a week from the office on a rotating weekly off schedule.
