Administrative Executive – Hotel Operations

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as an Administrative Executive and become the welcoming face that supports the General Manager and enhances guest experiences. You will manage schedules, coordinate VIP amenities, and handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and meetings with precision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest enquiries, feedback, and survey responses.
• Organise VIP welcome cards, amenities, and gift vouchers to support hotel promotions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and loyalty surveys to drive service improvements.
• Maintain office equipment, report issues via HotSOS, and facilitate internal communication across departments.

Required profile

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
• Strong time‑management abilities with a focus on prioritisation.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Well‑organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
