About the role
The Administration Manager leads all employee‑facing administrative, facilities and workplace experience functions at Qualcomm's QREF campus in Bangalore. You will ensure high service quality, regulatory compliance and cost efficiency across a multi‑building office environment while partnering with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end employee workplace experience, including amenities, help‑desk, gym, and office supplies.
- Manage food & beverage operations across cafeterias, breakout zones and vending, ensuring food safety, quality, menu planning and vendor performance.
- Oversee facilities and infrastructure programs for multiple buildings, handling space planning, maintenance, and service contracts.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead cost‑optimization efforts while maintaining service standards.
Required profile
- 10+ years of progressive experience in administration, facilities management or workplace operations.
- Proven track record managing large‑scale office operations and employee‑facing services.
- Strong commercial, financial and vendor negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional collaboration and people management.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, service tools and MS Office.
