Secretary – Channel Business Group

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Secretary to support the Head of the Channel Business Group at Thermax in Pune. The role combines traditional secretarial duties with analytical reporting to ensure smooth operations across the sales division.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients and channel partners.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for the Head and team.
• Maintain office supplies and oversee the filing system.
• Take minutes during meetings, distribute them and follow up on action items.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on enquiry pipelines (SFDC) and order bookings (ERP).
• Create presentations for business council, review, board and other senior meetings.
• Handle order‑booking management and maintain MIS dashboards.

Required profile

• BSc in Mathematics.
• 5‑10 years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience.
• Strong calendar management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems.
