Administration Executive – Immersive Technologies

About the role

The Administration Executive will support the Immersive Technologies team by planning, executing and managing administrative operations for medical and surgical VR solutions. The role involves showcasing VR modules to healthcare professionals worldwide, handling asset inventory, coordinating projects and ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional VR demonstrations at conferences, workshops, customer sites and industry events, communicating clinical and educational value.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns and collect structured feedback from surgeons and doctors.
• Maintain accurate inventory of VR headsets, accessories, demo kits and licenses; coordinate procurement and vendor approvals.
• Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables, preparing regular progress and asset utilization reports.
• Liaise with XR developers, product, sales and clinical experts to ensure clinical accuracy of VR content.
• Provide operational support during demos, installations and training sessions, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
• Maintain documentation of demonstrations, travel, asset movement and ensure compliance with SOPs and data security policies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for VR demonstration‑related interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
