Admin II – Reconciliation (GRS)

About the role

The Admin II – Reconciliation (GRS) position at Invesco supports the accurate processing of cash and position data across internal and external systems. You will work within a global investment firm, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and maintaining high data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and position reconciliations between internal and external data sets, researching and resolving discrepancies within established deadlines.
• Investigate reconciliation exceptions on IBOR, ABOR, and OMS platforms and assist in their resolution.
• Maintain 100% accuracy and meet turnaround time (TAT) targets for assigned reconciliations.
• Escalate reconciliation exceptions to relevant stakeholders according to guidelines.
• Monitor cash levels on assigned portfolios and report any overdrawn positions.
• Process cash flows accurately onto IBOR and OMS systems.
• Contribute ideas and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update fact sheets containing custodian, counterparty, and internal stakeholder contacts.
