ADM Support Analyst – Client Support for Alternative Investments

About the role

Addepar’s ADM Support team assists clients worldwide with the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) solution after implementation. As an ADM Support Analyst you will work directly with sophisticated investors, helping them resolve data and calculation issues and maximise the value of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, respond to, and resolve client inquiries related to ADM, providing timely and accurate guidance.
• Analyse complex alternative‑investment data sets to pinpoint and fix data and calculation discrepancies.
• Assess issue criticality and collaborate with internal ADM teams (Collections, Operations) to drive resolution.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to conduct root‑cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Educate clients on functional and conceptual use of the ADM platform to enhance adoption.
• Prioritise multiple cases, ensuring each is seen through to completion.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation as the team scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of client‑facing experience, preferably in financial services or investment management.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfort working with complex data sets and quantitative analysis.
• Passion for problem‑solving, continuous learning, technology and finance.
