About the role
We are an 11‑year‑old Bangalore‑based production house specializing in advertising films and digital videos. We are seeking a motivated AD + Line Production Executive to support directors and ensure smooth on‑set operations for our pan‑India projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the director in planning and executing shoots, managing the floor.
- Coordinate with crew, artists, vendors and production partners.
- Handle casting, location scouting, bookings, permissions and recce arrangements.
- Arrange transport, accommodation, food, equipment and other production needs.
- Prepare and distribute call sheets, keep everyone informed about schedules.
- Track production expenses, bills and petty cash, and negotiate with vendors.
- Manage equipment movement, returns and wrap‑up activities after each shoot.
Required profile
- 0–3 years of experience in a production house is mandatory.
- Strong track record in line production.
- Open to candidates based in Bengaluru only.
