Acquisition & Customer Project Manager (EMS)

About the role

The Acquisition & Customer Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of EMS projects for Bosch Automotive Electronics India. You will act as the primary interface with customers, OEMs and ecosystem partners, ensuring smooth transition from opportunity to serial production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, distributors and ecosystem partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demand.
• Drive acquisition of new EMS opportunities and coordinate RFQ evaluation, costing and quotation preparation.
• Serve as the main customer interface for commercial and project topics.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Coordinate activities across sales, engineering, operations, supply‑chain and quality to align customer requirements with internal capabilities.
• Lead issue resolution, change management and support transition into serial production.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines and risk‑mitigation activities from opportunity identification through mass‑production ramp‑up.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable acquisition strategies.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple functions.
• Proactive problem‑solving and change‑management capabilities.
