About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal to join its Mumbai/Gurugram office. The role involves leading complex client projects, shaping strategy, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership of multi‑disciplinary consulting engagements.
- Ensure on‑time delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
- Produce thought‑leadership content and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital.
- Mentor junior staff and build a strong personal brand within and outside the firm.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Deep knowledge of pricing, sales, or marketing topics.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable client impact (revenue, profit).
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience leading and managing teams in fast‑paced environments.
