Accounting Officer – Accounts Payable/Receivable

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel finance team as an Accounting Officer focused on Accounts Payable and Receivable. You will ensure accurate processing of hotel payments, maintain records of amounts due from guests and partners, and support the overall financial health of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Execute essential accounting functions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting.
• Audit, process, and ensure timely payment of all hotel-related invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of amounts due from guests, concessionaires, tenants, credit card companies, and employees.
• Research and resolve inquiries or disputes with internal and external parties.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts, month‑end close activities, and internal financial controls.
• Prepare and communicate financial results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other finance and corporate departments to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• University degree with 1‑2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Alignment with Hilton’s core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.
• A professional accounting qualification is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• System experience with Check SCM.
• System experience with SUN.
