Accounting Manager – Remote (LATAM/India)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, client‑focused Accounting Manager to lead our remote team serving LATAM and India. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing financial operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for concerns and escalations.
• Oversee the sales process, including contract renewals, invoicing, and billing accuracy, and approve account transactions.
• Collaborate with internal operations to supervise staff assigned to accounts and ensure performance targets are met.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies for expansion and retention.
• Prepare and present regular account performance reports and financial updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing or financial oversight.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
