Accounting Advisory Deputy Manager / Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Advisory professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager or Manager. You will work closely with clients on complex accounting matters, financial reporting, and transaction advisory, driving high‑quality solutions and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, business combinations, consolidations, and impairment assessments.
• Support Ind AS convergence/adoption, develop accounting policies, and prepare technical memoranda.
• Conduct accounting impact assessments for M&A, restructuring, carve‑outs, IPO readiness, and other capital‑market transactions.
• Review and prepare financial statements, reporting packages, and disclosures under Ind AS/GAAP.
• Assist clients with restatements, reporting automation, close‑cycle improvements, and design of reporting processes and internal controls.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure compliance with internal quality and risk standards.
• Serve as primary client contact during delivery and support business‑development activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors on technical positions and ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–7 years of experience in accounting advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, transaction accounting, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven experience handling complex accounting areas and client‑facing advisory projects.
