Accountant – Record to Report (Hybrid)

About the role

TransUnion is seeking an Accountant to join its Record‑to‑Report team. This hybrid role combines virtual work with at‑least two days per week on‑site, supporting daily accounting operations and month‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Execute month‑end close, preparing management accounts, schedules and reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile billing, tax, P&L and ad‑hoc reports for local and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT and Product teams to improve system and reporting accuracy.
• Present work, projects and ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
• Comfortable interacting with all management levels.

Required skills

• PeopleSoft or Hyperion.
• Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
