Accountant / Management Accountant (Hybrid, Full-time)

About the role

The accountant will support the Accounting Manager or Accounting Cycle Analyst in handling group and local accounting activities. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, quality and compliance of all accounting transactions and preparing timely financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and control accounting entries, ensuring they meet group and local regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliation, accrual accounting, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
• Reconcile accounts and provide justifications for internal and external auditors.
• Close monthly transactions and generate reports within prescribed deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and quality of general ledger (GL) data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce; CA‑Inter qualification.
• 0‑2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to work under strict month‑end deadlines.
• Experience in a product‑based industry and exposure to internal financial control is preferred.
