Accountant / Management Accountant (CMA Preferred)

About the role

Vinayak Outsourcing Works is seeking a diligent Accountant / Management Accountant to join its finance team in Raipur. The role involves handling end‑to‑end accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Prepare budget forecasts and publish timely financial statements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes, prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain balance sheets, profit & loss statements and report on financial health.
• Audit financial transactions, safeguard data confidentiality and perform database backups as needed.

Required profile

• Work experience as an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indian accounting regulations.
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Additional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
