Accountant

About the role

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation & finalisation of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L)
• GST filing, reconciliation & ledger matching
• TDS computation & quarterly return filing
• Income Tax computation, working papers & documentation
• Year‑end closing, provisions, adjustments & audit schedules
• Coordination with statutory auditors
• Review of ledgers, vendor/customer accounts & reconciliations
• Support in compliance, documentation & financial reporting

Required profile

• Strong in finalisation and taxation
• Hands‑on, not theoretical
• Stable employment history
• Good documentation habits
• Clear communication
• Comfortable with compliance workload
• Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of accounting standards

Required skills

• CA / CA Inter qualification (2–5 years experience)
• GST, TDS and Income Tax knowledge
• Hands‑on experience with Tally Prime / accounting software
• Financial reporting and audit schedule preparation
• Understanding of accounting standards
