Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations and support our finance team. The role involves handling the full accounting cycle, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing insightful reports to aid decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (mandatory).
• Preferable experience in real estate or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
