Accountant – Hyderabad (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Hyderabad team. The role involves managing end‑to‑end accounting processes, supporting month‑end close and ensuring compliance with Indian tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Progressive invoicing and job‑costing related entries.
• Posting purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries in Tally.
• Preparing journal vouchers as needed.
• Assisting in payroll preparation, bookkeeping and filing.
• Monitoring petty‑cash transactions and recording.
• Supporting the Finance Manager with month‑end and closing activities.
• Handling GST, indirect tax, customs, import/export, forex and related compliance.
• Managing statutory payroll deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax) and other regulatory filings.

Required profile

• B.Com or M.Com degree, preferably CA Inter qualified.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, Ind AS and transfer pricing.
• Familiarity with banking, foreign exchange and external financing instruments.

• GST compliance (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, ITC reconciliation, e‑invoicing, E‑Way Bill)
• TDS/TCS and income‑tax filing
• Customs and import/export compliance
• Foreign currency accounting and forex transaction handling
• SVB registration and ICEGATE portal usage
• Payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax)
• Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Transfer Pricing compliance (Arm’s Length Principle)
• RBI foreign exchange norms and FEMA regulations
• External financing instruments (LC, BG)
• FIRC documentation and ECB setup
