Accountant – Full‑time, On‑site (Mysore)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Accountant for our resort operations in HD Kote, Mysore. The role involves managing daily financial activities, ensuring accurate records, and supporting sustainable hospitality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ledgers, perform bookkeeping, and prepare vouchers and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process vendor payments and payroll assistance.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports, management statements and support budgeting and cost‑control for resort operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local taxation rules and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to provide transparent financial insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Prior experience in hospitality, resorts or service‑oriented businesses is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to ethical financial practices aligned with sustainability values.
