Accountant – Full‑time, Onsite in Mysore

About the role

Gocount is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its Mysore office. The role supports multiple tech‑startup clients in Singapore, the United States and India, handling accounting and financial reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients across Singapore, US and India.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and conduct financial analysis for each client.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations in each jurisdiction.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver timely management reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong command of English for effective client communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Mysore on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, Xero or QuickBooks.
• Experience in preparing financial statements.
• Capability to perform financial analysis.
• Good understanding of multi‑jurisdictional compliance requirements.
