Accountant – 1-2 Years Experience, Jaipur

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join our Finance & Accounts team in Jaipur. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, ensuring GST and TDS compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally and Zoho Books.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records in Tally and Zoho Books.
• Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and file GST returns, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance.
• Manage TDS deductions, file returns, and handle related documentation.
• Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
• Generate invoices, monitor receivables/payables, and process vendor payments.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with the CA for taxation matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience handling GST and TDS independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in a CA firm or corporate finance department is a plus.
• Knowledge of Income Tax compliance is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Bookkeeping & accounting principles.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Invoice management.
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
