Account (Sales) Support Executive

About the role

The Account (Sales) Support Executive reports to the Account Support Manager, Sales Operations and works closely with the sales team, customers and internal stakeholders to prepare subscription agreements for new and renewal business, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate reports and analysis on renewal sales progress for the assigned region.
• Prepare renewals and licensing quotes, ensuring timely readiness.
• Create quotes and contracts in the CRM/ERP system to trigger invoicing.
• Provide first‑level support to sales and customers on license agreement changes.
• Coordinate customer correspondence and agreements, managing multiple stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–7 years of experience in sales or account support, preferably in publishing.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable managing customer expectations.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
