Account Payable & Bookkeeper – Finance Role

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join its global Finance team in Bangalore. The role supports a regional accounts payable team, working closely with the Senior Bookkeeper, Procurement and other departments to ensure accurate and compliant processing of vendor transactions, invoices and expense approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Open and maintain foreign vendor records in NetSuite, validating data and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Receive, review, classify and code incoming invoices, ensuring correct GL allocation and PO matching before posting.
• Review and approve subcontractor expense submissions in Mesh, verifying compliance with budgets and policies.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries via email and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Assist with month‑end AP close tasks, maintain organized digital records and support ad‑hoc bookkeeping activities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and ability to distinguish current‑period expenses from prepaid costs.
• Experience in a global, multi‑entity finance environment.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) and AP workflows.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
