Account Manager – US Marketplace

About the role

This role works on US shift timings within Amazon Marketplace, helping sellers launch, grow and succeed on the platform. You will act as the primary liaison between Amazon and its selling partners, championing their needs and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new sellers and manage ongoing relationships, advocating for their requirements across Amazon.
• Drive seller business growth by expanding product selection and seizing key market opportunities.
• Lead improvement initiatives, including new product launches and partnership extensions with business development teams.
• Collaborate with sellers to enhance operational performance and deliver a superior consumer experience.
• Identify prospective partners, communicate value propositions, and build long‑term, successful collaborations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• 2+ years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers and inform decisions.
