Account Manager – Student Relations

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for students and their parents, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support throughout their academic journey. Based on-site in Jaipur, this full‑time position works closely with faculty and operations teams to deliver a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with students and parents, handling queries, feedback and issue resolution.
• Oversee student onboarding, track academic progress and coordinate study‑plan alignment with faculty.
• Maintain accurate records, update CRM/lead‑management systems and generate regular reports.
• Follow up on leads, admissions and fee discussions, supporting the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to improve processes, boost retention and contribute to growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑management and client‑servicing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or a related field.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak admission or exam periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office).
• Experience using CRM or lead‑management systems.
