Account Manager – SB

About the role

The Account Manager – SB will act as the single point of contact for customers across Airtel’s Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line services. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share and ensuring successful delivery of solutions within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Data, Voice and Fixed Line installations according to target quotas.
• Prospect new accounts (hunting) and grow existing relationships through cross‑selling and upselling.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel for all three lines of business.
• Monitor competitor offerings, gather market intelligence and plan sales interventions.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in telecom, ISP, IT services or related sectors.
• Age up to 30 years.
• Background in relationship‑based selling (e.g., ISP/SI, telco FSEs, BFSI, IT/ITeS).
