Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Account Manager based in Jammu to oversee key customer accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day inquiries and service issues. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, monitoring account performance, preparing regular reports, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with key customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, payments, and account status.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, sales support, or a related field, preferably within manufacturing or industrial products.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; local language proficiency for the Jammu region is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline (experience may substitute).
