Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships for our soil and rock investigation projects. Based in Rupnagar, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client accounts, handling inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with technical and field teams to align project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, estimates, contracts, and billing documents.
• Track project progress, maintain accurate records of interactions, and monitor billing and collections.
• Identify business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and account management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or geotechnical services.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related field.
• Comfort with numerical data, billing processes, and basic financial tracking.
