Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be based on-site in Panipat and will manage and grow relationships with both domestic and international customers for PIKA Exports Pvt. Ltd. This full‑time position involves acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, quotations, order tracking and delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Track orders from receipt through production to logistics, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, design, production and logistics teams.
• Resolve order‑related issues, delivery challenges and client concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, account status and documentation in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Collaborate with design and production to align product offerings with client requirements and support pricing negotiations.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management with clear communication and active listening.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills for order and delivery issues.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in exports, textiles, home furnishings or a similar industry is an advantage.
