About the role
Curo India Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join its New Delhi office. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and resolve queries promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and meet client expectations.
- Track account performance, prepare regular reports, and present updates to clients.
- Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Strong client relationship and customer service abilities.
- Experience in account management or client servicing, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and solid organizational capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or account‑management software.
