Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and solution‑oriented Account Manager to own client relationships from start to finish. You will translate briefs into compelling creative work, ensure quality and timelines are airtight, and act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal designers, writers, and strategists.
• Delegate and coordinate work across creative teams to meet client objectives.
• Plan content calendars and coordinate multi‑account campaigns.
• Review creative output for quality, brand alignment, and consistency before delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and client‑facing experience, ideally within an agency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms.
• An eye for design and a solid understanding of brand consistency.
• Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback.
