Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth of its dining‑out platform in Bhopal. You will be responsible for onboarding and managing a portfolio of partner restaurants, ensuring they achieve the targeted Gross Merchandise Value each month.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners, verify Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and image coverage.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on Dineout plans, promotions and growth opportunities.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to launch events on schedule.
• Resolve operational issues like payout denials and ensure smooth transactions for diners and partners.
• Analyse dashboard data, share performance metrics with partners and recommend actions to improve conversions.
• Monitor competitor activity and ensure partner investments in discounts, commissions and advertising remain competitive.
• Collaborate with partner support teams for discount changes and other operational requests.

Required profile

• Manage a portfolio of 70‑80 restaurant partners and achieve a monthly GMV of 80‑90 lakh INR.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain B2B relationships in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret dashboard data and drive performance improvements.
