Account Manager – Healthcare IT (US Shift EST)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our Healthcare IT services portfolio for US‑based clients. Working on an EST shift from Bangalore, you will act as the primary advocate for healthcare customers, ensuring service excellence while driving growth through strategic upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, building long‑term strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.
• Identify and pursue upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities using deep knowledge of our healthcare IT products.
• Collaborate with delivery and internal teams to craft tailored proposals that solve complex client challenges.
• Monitor account budgets, deliverables, and contract renewals to meet client objectives and maintain accurate records.
• Generate regular progress reports for clients and internal leadership and contribute to team strategy sessions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of proven experience in sales or account management within IT services, specifically handling healthcare accounts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for a US healthcare audience.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM/customer‑success platform.
