Account Manager – Dine Out

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth of its dining‑out platform in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for onboarding, managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of restaurant partners, helping them maximise revenue through the Swiggy Dineout offering.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners, ensuring accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high‑quality image coverage.
• Deliver persuasive presentations on Dine Out plans, promotions and growth opportunities.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to meet launch timelines.
• Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout denials, to ensure seamless experiences for customers and partners.
• Prepare and monitor growth plans for each account, gathering competitor insights.
• Analyse dashboard data, communicate key performance metrics to partners and drive actions that improve conversions.
• Ensure partner investments in discounts, commissions and advertising are competitive.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple restaurant partners.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 70‑80 accounts and achieving revenue targets (e.g., 40‑60 lacs GMV per month).
