Account Manager (Client Success Lead)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager (Client Success Lead) who can build trusted partnerships, inspire creative teams and turn tight deadlines into successful campaign launches. You will act as the primary point of contact for our tourism and brand clients, ensuring their objectives are met with strategic insight and flawless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships end‑to‑end, anticipating needs and delivering proactive updates.
• Lead campaigns from kickoff through launch, coordinating timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables.
• Collaborate daily with Content, Design, Performance Marketing, SEO, Influencer Management, Video Production and leadership teams.
• Identify growth opportunities, recommend improvements and solve business challenges for clients.
• Facilitate and lead client meetings, status calls, presentations and quarterly planning sessions.
• Maintain high quality standards, catching errors before they reach the client and ensuring every deliverable meets agency standards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing within a marketing or advertising environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, meet tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a focus on becoming a trusted advisor.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
