Account Manager – Client Relationship & Business Development

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary liaison for assigned clients, handling inquiries, requests and issue resolution while ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests and issue resolution.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate service delivery with internal teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support collections and invoicing.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience in account planning, sales support or business development within services, manufacturing or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering or a related field; relevant account management experience preferred.
• Comfort working on‑site in Pimpri Chinchwad and engaging regularly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and presentation software for documentation and reporting.
• Basic data analysis and reporting abilities.
