Account Manager – Channel (Central Region)

About the role

As an Account Manager – Channel for the Central region, you will be the primary contact for industrial customers, delivering Sandvik Coromant’s cutting‑tool solutions and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ultimate customer experience and execute front‑line sales strategy.
• Retain and grow market share with core customers while hunting for new opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned portfolio, coordinating specialist support.
• Deliver value through Sandvik’s Total Value Chain Offer and manage pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, budgets and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

• Graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering from a tier‑1 institute.
• 8‑10 years of experience in metal‑cutting, machine shops or tooling projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team‑player attitude.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer requests in a global matrix organization.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and account‑management capabilities.
