Account Manager – BioProcess (Delhi Region)

About the role

As an Account Manager for BioProcess in the Delhi region, you will act as a trusted partner to key pharmaceutical and biotech customers, managing the full sales cycle for a portfolio that spans biologics, small‑molecule drugs, injectables, ophthalmics and novel drug‑delivery technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales processes, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and post‑sale support.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term account strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing and procurement functions.
• Communicate value propositions and introduce innovative technologies to address customer challenges.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide market intelligence on competitive trends.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in technical or scientific sales within the pharmaceutical, biotech or life‑science sector.
• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including biologics, small‑molecule dosage forms, injectables, ophthalmics and novel delivery systems.
