Account Manager – B2B Corporate Sales (Telecom)

About the role
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for corporate customers, handling Airtel's Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line services across an assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving both new business acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Data, Voice and Fixed Line installations according to set targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate accounts (hunting) for all product lines.
- Cross‑sell and upsell multiple product lines to existing and new customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel with appropriate maturity levels for each line of business.
- Monitor competitor offerings and provide market intelligence.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (any field).
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom.
