Account Executive – Single Point of Remittance (SPOR)

About the role

The Single Point of Remittance (SPOR) function supports global customers who need a single point of contact for financial services, handling both contracted and spot calls. You will manage payment preparation, FX transactions and ensure compliance with SLA and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage notification of nominated calls and create jobs in the operational system.
• Liaise with agents to upload PDA documents and request prefunding where required.
• Prepare and process payments to agents, adhering to SLA timings for PDA and FDA payments.
• Handle FX payments, generate DA OUT files and share them with customers via agreed channels.
• Resolve disputes, recover funds from agents, and produce customer reports including statements of account and recoverables.

Required profile

• Experience at Business Unit level with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines through strong time‑management and prioritisation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Unit 4 accounting system.
• Familiarity with FX platforms and payment processing.
