Account Executive – Sales Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a hybrid Account Executive to drive adoption of Sales Navigator across India. You will act as a trusted advisor, using strategic social‑selling techniques to educate prospects and help them achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers, prepare insightful questions and tailor meetings to their objectives.
• Promote a new method of connecting value to customers and inspire adoption of Sales Navigator.
• Develop and execute territory plans, produce reliable forecasts and consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Share market feedback with Product and Marketing teams to shape future offerings.
• Create and disseminate best‑practice guidelines for the growing sales team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
• Proven record of over‑achieving quota in a large, high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn as a sales professional.
• Strong ability to assess business opportunities, forecast accurately and close high‑level deals.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and business‑acumen.
