Account Executive – Enterprise Outbound Sales

About the role

Easyship is seeking an Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for its Enterprise Outbound team. You will focus on warehousing, fulfilment and shipping software solutions for e‑commerce and marketplace businesses targeting the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales cycle for outbound opportunities across e‑commerce, marketplaces and high‑volume online sellers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn and CRM workflows.
• Run discovery calls to understand customer shipping, fulfilment and logistics requirements.
• Present and position Easyship’s shipping software, warehousing and fulfilment solutions with a focus on the US market.
• Manage pipeline progression, forecasting and deal execution through to close.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and collaborate with marketing and partnerships on campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably SaaS, logistics, shipping or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to own deals end‑to‑end and generate pipeline.
• Exposure to shipping software, fulfilment or global logistics is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of or experience selling into the US market is a plus.
• Strong discovery, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working across global time zones.
