Academic Counselor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to join our team and support students enrolled in our coding programs. In this role you will act as a bridge between learners, their families, and the teaching staff, helping students stay on track and achieve their learning goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic counseling to students, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in coding preparation.
• Advise students and parents on the most suitable coding courses and programs based on academic objectives and interests.
• Keep learners motivated throughout their study journey by offering guidance on study techniques, time management, and stress management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an academic counselor or in a similar student‑support role, preferably within a coding or competitive‑exam environment.
• Own a personal laptop to perform job duties effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with students and parents.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
