3D Designer (Retail)

About the role

We are seeking a creative 3D Designer with a strong retail background to produce high‑impact visualisations for fixtures, POSM, exhibitions and showrooms. The role involves turning client briefs into compelling 3D setups and supporting the overall creative direction of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D visualisations of retail fixtures, POSM, exhibitions and related assets.
• Develop design concepts for events such as award shows, stage layouts and mock‑ups.
• Design print and digital collateral, ensuring high visual quality and timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain creative direction for projects and the brand.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects within defined specifications and deadlines.
• Perform image retouching, manipulation and work across various media using graphic design software.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations to pitch concepts to clients.
• Produce final production drawings and support video or motion‑graphic deliverables when required.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in retail‑focused 3D design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing retail fixtures, POSM, exhibitions or showrooms.
• Ability to commute to or relocate near Chhatarpur, New Delhi.
• Full‑time availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major 3D modelling software.
• Proficiency with 2D graphic design tools.
• PowerPoint for client presentations.
• Image retouching and manipulation.
• Motion graphics and video creation (promo or behind‑the‑scenes).
