2D/3D Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative 2D/3D Designer to develop visual concepts for weddings, corporate events and other special projects. You will translate market trends and client needs into execution‑ready designs while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Study market trends in event décor, stage design, floral styling and spatial layouts.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for a variety of event projects.
• Develop reusable templates and keep a digital asset library up to date with new props, textures, colors and materials.
• Prepare and submit weekly work plans outlining timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure proper planning, budgeting and timely completion of assigned projects.
• Present design concepts to the CRM, Event Coordinators and Managing Director, incorporating feedback and revisions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Coordinate with Creative, Coordination and Production teams to guarantee smooth execution.
• Organise design files and documentation for easy reference.
