2D & 3D Video Editor

About the role

Rankraze Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Video Editor in Chennai. The editor creates promotional videos, advertisements, social media content and brand videos, working on motion graphics, 2D/3D animation and visual storytelling. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for digital marketing, social media and promotional campaigns
• Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations
• Develop visual effects, transitions and animated titles
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams
• Add sound effects, background music, color correction and visual enhancements
• Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of animation principles and visual effects (preferred)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Willingness to learn new editing techniques and industry trends

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Blender, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve
• Basic Autodesk Maya
• Motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, video editing, color grading, VFX and audio editing
