Workday Reporting/Prism Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Reporting/Prism Specialist to join our HR Integration team in Bangalore. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining data integration and reporting solutions within Workday and PRISM, ensuring high‑quality delivery for business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end backlog items from conception through delivery, including design, development, testing and documentation.
• Design, maintain and operate inbound and outbound technical flows for the HR Workday system.
• Ingest, transform and publish data sets using Workday PRISM to support reporting needs.
• Investigate issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct impact analysis and support system evolutions as per requirements.
• Monitor daily execution, support campaign runs and perform non‑regression testing.
• Ensure architectural compliance with integration strategy and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in Workday integration, reporting or PRISM development.
• Familiarity with Workday security model and ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to self‑learn and build networks.

• XML, SOAP and REST API integration.
• SQL or other query languages.
