Windows, Nutanix & VMware Administrator

About the role

TCS is looking for an experienced administrator to manage Windows Server, Nutanix, and VMware environments for its clients in Kochi and Chennai. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure in a 24/7 operational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows Server platforms (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO) configurations.
• Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Execute incident and change management within a 24/7 project environment.
• Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, and vCenter servers.
• Manage Nutanix AHV clusters, Prism console, and related operations.
• Provision virtual machines, conduct migrations (vMotion, Storage vMotion), and optimize resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 15 years of full‑time education.
• Experience range up to 7 years in relevant technologies.

Required skills

• Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO).
• VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter.
• Nutanix AHV and Prism.
• vMotion and Storage vMotion.
